• Company profile details and workspace information
• User account information (name, email, phone, role)
• Property data, customer bookings, and subscription records
• Payment tracking records (amounts, dates, receipts) — we do not store credit card information
• Media files (property images, documents, payment receipts) stored securely via Cloudinary

Important: RealtyTracka does not process payments directly. We track payment transactions that occur through third-party payment gateways (like Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe) or bank transfers that you configure. We never have access to your customers' credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Deliver and improve the property management platform
• Manage workspace access, user roles, and permissions
• Track property subscriptions, bookings, and payment transactions
• Generate reports and analytics for your business
• Provide customer support (via Intercom, email, or WhatsApp if configured)
• Maintain platform security and prevent unauthorized access

3. Data Isolation and Security

Each company workspace is fully separated. No company can see or access another company's data.

We use the following measures:

• Encrypted data storage
• Secure API access
• Role-based access control
• Audit logs for key actions

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Cloudinary: Secure storage for property images, documents, avatars, and payment receipts
• Datafa.st: Website analytics to understand platform usage (privacy-focused analytics)
• Intercom: Optional customer support chat widget (only if configured by your workspace)
• Payment Gateways: We redirect to payment gateways you configure (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, or bank transfers) - we do not process payments ourselves

These services follow industry-standard security practices. Payment processing is handled entirely by the payment gateway you choose - RealtyTracka only stores the payment tracking records you provide.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with external parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your workspace data is completely isolated from other companies.

Data may only be shared:

• When required by law or legal process
• With third-party services necessary to operate the platform (as listed in Section 4)
• When you explicitly request data export or integration

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your company uses the platform. You may request data export or deletion.

7. Your Rights

You can request:

• Data access
• Data correction
• Data deletion
• Workspace closure

We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
