RealtyTracka is a property management platform designed for land sales businesses in Nigeria. You may use the platform to:

• Manage properties, customer bookings, and subscriptions
• Track payment plans, installments, and transactions
• Generate reports and export data
• Manage team members and workspace settings

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Company Workspaces

Each company has its own workspace. Only approved team members can access it.

3. Payment Processing and Transactions

Important: RealtyTracka is a property management platform, not a payment processor. We do not process payments on your behalf.

• You configure your own payment methods (bank transfers or payment gateway URLs like Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe)
• RealtyTracka tracks payment transactions and records that you or your customers provide
• All payment processing occurs through your configured payment gateways or bank accounts
• You are responsible for verifying payments, handling disputes, and managing your payment gateway accounts
• RealtyTracka is not liable for payment processing failures, disputes, or issues with third-party payment gateways

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another company's workspace or data
• Use the platform for illegal activities or fraud
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or attempt to compromise platform security
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform without authorization

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime, but occasional maintenance or outages may occur (0.1%).

6. Liability and Disclaimers

RealtyTracka provides a property management platform. We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or inaccurate data entered by you or your team members
• Payment processing failures, disputes, or issues with third-party payment gateways or banks
• Business decisions made based on platform data or reports
• Losses resulting from misuse of the platform or violation of these terms
• Data loss due to your actions, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control

The platform is provided "as is" for property management and tracking purposes. RealtyTracka does not guarantee the accuracy of data you enter or the availability of third-party services.

7. Termination

We may suspend access if terms are violated. You may cancel at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update the Terms and Privacy Policy. Continued use means you agree to the updates.
